Electrical plug lock and magnetic lock performance parameters

Magnetic lock: open or open: open the door. Most of the glass doors are open, while the iron doors are open and open. Therefore, this parameter must be clarified when selecting the magnetic lock.

Lock status: whether the locked state is one of the important parameters of the magnetic lock. For a magnetic lock with no lock state, the power consumption thereof is relatively large, and the lock body temperature is relatively high. If the heat dissipation effect during installation is poor, the life of the lock body can be shortened. In addition, the lock status can be used as a basis for the controller to judge the open door timeout alarm.

Electric plug lock: lock state: whether the locked state is one of the important parameters of the electrical plug lock. For an electric plug without a lock, the normal current is the same as the current when the bolt is in operation, the power consumption is large, and the temperature of the lock body is high. If the heat dissipation effect during installation is poor, the service life of the lock body can be shortened. The normal current of the electric lock with a lock state is equivalent to less than half of the operating current, the power consumption is small, the lock body temperature is low, and the service life is long. In addition, the lock status can be used as a basis for the controller to judge the open door timeout alarm.

Adjustable delay: The so-called delay refers to the length of time from when the lock is opened and the electric lock is locked again after the person closes the door. If it exceeds this time range, an overtime alarm signal will be generated.

Positioning beads: Positioning beads are sliding beads that help locate the door when the door is returned. The general glass door controls the smoothness and accuracy of the return of the door body by adjusting the floor spring, and the wooden door controls the door body to return through the door closer. Therefore, the effect of positioning the beads is not great. At the same time, the friction noise generated by the positioning beads is also large, affecting the office environment in the office area.

The upper and lower door clamps matched with the electric plug lock: When the glass door body is made of glass without borders, the upper and lower door clamps must be selected. Because the upper door clip requires the electric plug body to be wrapped and fixed on the glass, the quality of the upper door clip is required to be very good, and the volume is large, and stainless steel materials are generally used. At the same time, the lower door clamp must be matched with the upper door clamp, which is different from the lower door clamp used alone. Upper and lower door clips are more expensive.

L-brackets for magnetic locks: When the iron door is open, it is often necessary to use an L-bracket. Most of the brackets are made of aluminum alloy. U-brackets for magnetic locks: U-brackets must be used when the glass door has no borders. The brackets are mostly made of aluminum alloy.
