The gradual increase in the use of access control in residential areas is also an inevitable trend. Many homeowners choose to live in relatively high-end residential communities, and these communities usually have perfect security measures.
Domestic brands are catching up, and their competitive strength is significantly enhanced. People are accustomed to dividing the access control system into imported products from Europe and America, Hong Kong, Taiwan and domestic products according to origin. At present, imported products, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and national products have a leading edge in the Chinese market and competition is fierce. For foreign access control brands, well-known for the engineering business are: Westinghouse, HONEYWELL, DDS, HID, SIEMENS, MOTOROLA, and so on. Among the domestic products, the brands with higher appraisers from engineering firms are: Kesong, Mencius, Pike, Jieshun, and New Bell.
Previously, in various large and medium-sized system projects, almost all foreign brands have appeared. In recent years, through the efforts of the majority of domestic access control manufacturers, national products have become more and more mature in technology and functions. National products are gradually favored by a large number of users and engineering firms. The engineering firm generally believes that the difference between domestic brands and foreign brands is now very small, and the speed of updating national products is relatively fast. Manufacturers can respond at any time according to the actual needs of the Chinese market; in addition, the functions of national products are generally more practical and the prices are also high. More affordable; and in terms of services, due to local production, domestic manufacturers can provide customers with timely services.
Of course, engineering firms generally favor domestic brands. It does not mean that the domestic access control system is impeccable. At present, it still has some deficiencies. For example, Zhou Zian-nian, director of the intelligent division of Hangzhou Zhongcheng Technology Co., Ltd. pointed out that “Foreign access control products with one-card functionality are more scientific in data management than domestic products, and domestic manufacturers should continue to increase technology with existing advantages.
