Configuration principle of access control system for 485 bus networking method Card reader and button configuration principle:

In principle, one door is equipped with an access card reader and an exit button.

If the customer requires to select a good value-priced ID card, please select the ID card reader (micro-till WG1026 series reader is ID card reader), if the customer is used for consumption and other cartoon occasions, please use MifareIC card reader ( Micro-till WG1200 series readers are IC card readers).

If customers require swiping verification when they enter the house, one door is equipped with two card readers and no exit button is required.

Remarks: For some special occasions, for example, the exit door of the company's gates and the front desk need to install an exit button, then this door needs to be configured with two buttons, and the exit button of the same door can be used in parallel.

Controller configuration principles:

There are several gates to configure the number of controllers in a local area. For example, if a small area (wiring, reader distance from the reader to the control location is less than 100 meters) has 3 doors, a single door controller and a double door controller are selected.

The controller has single door bidirectional double door bidirectional and four door one way. The so-called two-way access to the door can be accessed two card readers, you can also access a door card reader and an exit button. One-way access to the reader means that the door must be accessed by pressing the door button. Therefore, if there are four gates in an area that require card swiping, you cannot configure a four-door controller. You need to configure two two-door bidirectional controllers for these four doors.

How many controllers do you need?

Configuration principle of 232/485 communication converter (model: 485P):

If the total number of access controllers in the system does not exceed 80, in principle only one 485 converter is required. (If the number of controllers exceeds 80, please refer to “How to design a networking solution if hundreds of thousands of doors are connected?” The load capacity of the micro-ploughing 485 converter is designed based on 255 units. The number of controllers is recommended. It will be relatively stable within 80 sets, and converters from other manufacturers may not have such a strong load capacity.)

Note: If the entire access control system has only one controller, and the position of the controller can be placed next to the control computer, and the connection distance between the card reader and the controller is less than 100 meters, then there is no need to configure the 485 converter. The original 232 serial data cable of the controller directly connects the computer and the controller.

Remarks: The computer is connected to a 485 converter, and the 485 converter is connected to the first controller. The first controller is connected to the second controller. This way, the controller is connected to the 485 converter. The distance is recommended within 800 meters, if more than 800 meters, please add a 485 extension repeater (the device micro-till is not produced, please find a professional converter manufacturers to buy, after joining the device to extend the connection distance theory can reach 3,000 meters , specific performance and connection methods, please consult the converter manufacturers)

Electric lock configuration principles:

In principle, a door lock. The double glass doors of the company's doors are generally equipped with an electric lock on both left and right doors.

Glass doors should be connected to electric locks, wooden door fire doors should be connected to magnetic locks (electromagnetic locks), but also customers focus on safety and aesthetic choice of electric plug locks.

Software configuration principles:

The entire access control system for micro-tillage products requires only one set of management software. The software temporarily has no restrictions on the number of registered cards and the number of gates for management, so that customers can upgrade and expand later.

The software can manage the access controller of the 485 bus structure as well as the TCP/IP access controller, and can even be managed together.

The configuration method of the configuration principle of the TCP/IP network type LAN access control system is basically the same as the configuration method of the access control system of the 485 bus. There are the following differences.

The controller model must use the controller model with the .NET suffix in the WG2000 series.

No 485 converter is required. The HUB (or switch) can be selected from the customer's local area network or purchased from the customer's LAN. Any HUB (or switch) that can be used in the LAN can be used.

The wiring mode is the same as that of ordinary LAN computers. The distance from the controller to the HUB must be less than 100 meters. It is recommended that the distance be less than 80 meters. Configuration method of TCP/IP network type Internet access control system Method configuration method is basically the same as the configuration method of TCP/IP LAN type access control system. There are the following differences.

The specified model is in the corresponding program, because our instructions are based on this model, and some routers do not have this function. The brand price and quality of our designated router are good. Buy it in the local electronic computer market. This router can be shared with the customer's computer without any special purpose.)

Case:

For example: 20-door 485 network access control system, the door is a distance between the double-open glass door and other doors. There are two wooden doors in a certain area is more concentrated, there are 5 single-open glass doors in a certain area is more concentrated, a certain area There are 12 wooden doors that are more focused on the configuration of the access control system for such a live situation.

The door adopts a card reader (If you need to swipe your card, you need to configure two card readers. Note: Only WG2001 single-door bidirectional controller and WG2002 two-door bidirectional controller can access two readers for each door. WG2004 four-door one-way controller can only access the door card reader.) As it is a double-glazed glass door, it is recommended to connect 2 electric plugs. One WG2001 single door controller. One exit button.

Other biometric products, such as hand-held instruments, are similar to the fingerprint selection configuration.
