In accordance with the requirements of serving the society and users, the following standards have been formulated.

First, the technical requirements of indoor wiring

Indoor wiring is not only required to be safe and reliable, but also to make the line layout reasonable, neat, and securely installed. The technical requirements are as follows:

The use of wire, the rated voltage should be greater than the operating voltage of the line; the insulation of the wire should be consistent with the installation of the line and the laying of environmental conditions. The cross-sectional area of ​​the conductor should meet the requirements of power supply and mechanical strength.

Wiring should be avoided when wiring. Unless joints are available, their joints must be crimped or welded. Wire connections and branches should not be subjected to mechanical forces.

Wiring is installed horizontally or vertically within the building. The wiring shall be protected by casing (plastic or iron pipe, according to the technical requirements of the indoor wiring), and the metal wire hose may be used for the ceiling wiring, but it shall be fixed securely and beautifully.

The signal line must not be parallel to the high-power power line, and it must not be worn in the same pipe. If it is limited by the environment, if you want to run parallel, you must keep away from more than 50CM.

The AC power supply of the alarm control box shall be routed separately and must not be in the same pipe as the signal line and the low voltage DC power line. The installation of the AC power line shall comply with the electrical installation standards.

The alignment of the alarm control box to the ceiling requires that the casing be embedded in the wall or protected by iron pipes to improve the anti-theft performance of the anti-theft system.

Second, the indoor piping technical requirements :

There are two kinds of wire harnesses, clear and slow, with a horizontal, vertical and neat appearance. Dark piping requires short lines, unobstructed flow, and low elbows.

Fourth, magnetic switch installation technical requirements :

The distance between the fixed and movable components of the magnetron switch should be less than the following:

(2) The magnetic switch of the rolling gate should be less than 20mm.

Fifth, the control box installation technical requirements :

The installation of the control box shall comply with the requirements of the technical specification.

The control box should be fixed with no less than three screws to ensure firmness. The choice of location should be concealed. To prevent damage, the operation of the control box must be remotely controlled. The remote control switch should be installed away from the control box. The tamper function must be provided and protected by the door magnet. If the remote control switch is used with a password switch, it should be misplaced. Three passwords trigger the alarm function.

The control box should be equipped with tamper-proof function, and should be alarmed whenever it is disassembled.

The AC of the control box shall be introduced without the switch. If the switch is to be used, it shall be installed inside the control box. The AC power cord shall be routed through the tube, and it shall not be put in the same tube with other wires.

The lead wire of the control box is protected from the control box to the shed by iron pipes. The iron pipe and the control box are connected by double nuts.

The installation of the power box should be more than 2 meters above the ground, and should be firm, beautiful, and safe.
